Tasting notes

light straw yellow with clear green reflections, the bubble is neat and well blended.

elegant and refined, hints of gold and aromatic herbs, all veiled by pleasant vanilla notes, typical of pure chardonnays

Food pairing

Perfect with seafood cruditès, shellfish, and fish or meat tartare. An ideal product, for those who wish to relax with a glass of bubbly wine.

The NobleBlanc is made from a special selection of 100% chardonnay grapes that effectively represent one of the company's most important "crus". These grapes are obtained from the Malandrino plantation, which features ferrallitic, clay soil with good water availability and, above all, a very cool nocturnal air stream even in the hottest months. These characteristics permit long but gradual maturation, resulting in optimal aromatic texture and pleasant freshness.

This is an ORGANIC certified product

We only use organic farming. In fact, we do not treat our crops with synthetic molecules but only substances of natural origin. We do not use phosphate mineral fertilisers, but only organic compost, if necessary, which provides organic matter for the soil. Furthermore, we do not weed chemically but use mechanical means under the rows, a more expensive practice which is better for the soil. Lastly, we do not use synthetic fungicide but only copper and sulphur, in controlled and ever decreasing doses.
